Phoenix Production & Casting is a Mumbai-based creative production company and casting agency helping brands, agencies and creative teams bring ideas to life.
From casting and creative development to production, shoot execution and post-production, we bring the entire process together under one roof.
We work across digital ads, TVCs, UGC, social media content, branded films, photoshoots and commercial productions with a focus on creative thinking, quality and seamless execution.
THE STORY BEHIND PHOENIX
It Started With a Simple Question.
“What if everything could be handled under one roof?”
Founder Prabhat Shrivastav began his journey in the creative industry in 2017, when he entered film school in Mumbai to study acting and filmmaking. Alongside acting and filmmaking, he also explored writing, creating content and short films, which further developed his understanding of storytelling and the creative process.
His path then took him through films and ads as an Assistant Director, theatre in Delhi, casting in Mumbai and eventually production management.
Working across different sides of the industry gave him a unique understanding of how a project comes together from the idea and writing to talent, production and final execution.
While working in casting, clients often asked Prabhat for production references. Having experienced the production process himself, he saw how coordinating casting, production, editing and multiple vendors could become complicated and time-consuming.
So in July 2023, he decided to build the solution himself.
Phoenix Production & Casting was born with a simple vision: to take a project from scratch to final delivery under one roof.
Today, that vision continues to shape every project we take on.
